Job DescriptionSr Manager, HRBPWe’re looking for a strategic, influential Senior Manager level HR Business Partner to partner closely with senior leaders across our Retail, Customer Experience, and Digital businesses.In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and thought partner helping leaders navigate transformation, elevate organizational effectiveness, and unlock the full potential of their teams. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep HR expertise, and the ability to translate business strategy into meaningful people priorities that drive results.What You'll DoBuild trusted, influential partnerships with senior leaders, ensuring people and organizational perspectives are integrated into business decisionsTranslate business strategy into clear people priorities that strengthen engagement, performance, and organizational effectivenessCoach and advise leaders on talent, performance, succession, workforce planning, and team effectivenessLead and support organizational change initiatives, including change readiness assessments, impact analysis, and execution of agile change plansPartner with leaders to identify and close gaps in people processes, systems, or capabilitiesDrive enterprise HR cycles including performance management, compensation, talent reviews, workforce planning, and succession planningCollaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver integrated, practical, and consistent people solutionsSupport transformation-related activities such as acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational design changesEnsure sound employee relations practices, including thoughtful and respectful management of complex employee mattersProvide regular insight, updates, and risk awareness to the Senior Director, Human ResourcesWhat You'll Bring10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including time in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting senior leadersStrong experience partnering with Corporate and Operations groups in complex, matrixed environmentsDemonstrated success leading or supporting large-scale change, transformation, or organizational effectiveness initiativesDeep expertise across core HR disciplines including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and workforce planningProven ability to consult, coach, and influence at all levels of the organizationStrong business acumen with the ability to understand challenges in the context of the broader organization and industryExperience working in highly collaborative HR models alongside COEs and Shared Services teamsComfort managing ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering results in fast paced environmentsA bachelor’s degree (preferred)Why Join UsPartner directly with senior leaders on complex, high visibility priorities and play a key role in shaping business outcomes through people, talent, and changeBe at the centre of organizational, digital, and customer focused transformation initiatives that are critical to our growth and future successJoin a team that values strong partnership, practical solutions, and influence where your perspective, judgment, and leadership truly matterWe offer a competitive salary range of $137,000 to $209,375 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
