Retail Associate

• Greet every customer with a smile and offer knowledgeable, personalized service
• Assist shoppers with product selections, promotions, and general inquiries
• Handle returns and exchanges professionally, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied

• Accurately handle cash, credit, and store card transactions
• Follow proper procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout area

• Keep up with current promotions, product launches, and brand events
• Learn about new products through vendor tags, training sessions, and in-store materials
• Share your product knowledge confidently to help customers make informed choices

• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and organizing displays
• Help ensure the store is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times
• Support with inventory checks, restocking, and pricing

• A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
• Basic sales and retail knowledge (we'll train you if you're new!)
• Confidence handling money and operating a POS system
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts-including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during peak holiday seasons
• Physical ability to be on your feet for long periods, occasionally stoop, climb ladders, or lift merchandise

• Previous retail or sales experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus!)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
