Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)
Pay: $22 - $25/hourWe are currently hiring Terminal Operators to support a fast-paced industrial environment. This role involves working with materials, equipment, and transportation systems while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Load and unload finished products and materials according to scheduling requirements
Operate control panels and automated systems (HMI/controls)
Coordinate with internal teams and external services to support safe movement of rail cars and shipments
Safely access and work on elevated equipment using proper fall protection
Complete and maintain required documentation (e.g., shipping paperwork, checklists, tickets)
Transfer materials between storage, trucks, and rail cars
Receive and handle incoming goods, including bulk and packaged materials
Perform routine inspections, readings, and basic equipment checks
Safely handle materials using proper PPE at all times
Operate material handling equipment (including telehandler)
Assist with minor maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
Monitor and manage site systems such as water and waste processes
Conduct sampling and basic testing of materials as requiredQualifications:Experience in a similar industrial, logistics, or terminal environment is an asset
Familiarity with safety regulations related to material handling is preferred
Experience with control systems (HMI) and material handling equipment is an asset
Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability
Comfortable working with various materials in a safety-focused environment
Able to perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
