Closes sales in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives. Possibly manages existing accounts as part of a larger Account Team or could manage named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set. Typically have a limited number of key/strategic accounts and maintains relationships with clients at the senior management or executive level. Generates business with new clients as well as generating additional business with existing clients.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute a territory plan to drive consistent, net-new revenueProspect into private companies through outbound, referrals, and strategic outreachLead discovery and value-based sales conversations with C-suite and governance leaders(CFO, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary)Sell Nasdaq’s Corporate Governance SaaS and advisory solutions through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesPartner closely with BDRs to generate and convert pipelineCollaborate with SMEs, Relationship Managers, and Customer Success to close deals and set clients up for long-term successManage opportunities end-to-end in Salesforce, including forecasting and pipeline hygieneBring market insight and governance trends into every client conversation• Build strong internal relationships across a matrixed organization to get deals doneConsistently deliver against quota while maintaining a high bar for client experienceAdditional Responsibilities3+ years of success exceeding quota in B2B sales (SaaS and/or advisory solutions)Proven outbound sales experience and comfort creating your own pipelineStrong executive presence with experience selling to senior decision-makersTrack record of building trusted, long-term client relationshipsExperience working with BDRs and cross-functional teams to close dealsHigh ownership mindset—you’re organized, proactive, and accountableStrong business judgment and curiosity about governance, capital markets, and private company growthThis position can be located in Boston, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.Come as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
