- Handle the launch and marketing of campaigns on platforms and with partners related to your discipline.
- Identify and propose optimization opportunities for your channel based on predetermined platform performance indicators.
- Participate in media recommendations specific to your activation channel.
- Contribute to campaign reports by communicating the list of optimizations made, as well as any relevant context for interpreting the results.
- Help adjust audiences at the time of launch (recommending alternatives if needed).
- Master data sources from various partners and platforms for audience targeting.
- Prepare routing sheets and send materials for tag creation on the ad server.
- Manage campaign closure: updating digital calendars, and following up with teams dedicated to internal finances.
- Stay up to date on all new features, betas, or changes related to buying platforms, optimization options, purchasing methods, and data points for targeting.
- Share innovations and best practices with the team.
- A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communication or related discipline.
- 1 to 3 year of experience in digital marketing (an asset).
- An ability to work as part of a team and interpersonal skills.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
- Initiative and are able to demonstrate proactivity.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- A good knowledge of digital media, platforms and various tools (Facebook, Google Ads, Office suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- A good understanding of the media campaign planning process and how to make media recommendations.
- Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
