- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on service work orders and addressing inquiries or issues with attention to detail.
- Coordinate and assign work orders to field technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, including timesheets, work orders, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and manage daily schedules for field technicians, adjusting priorities as needed to accommodate emergencies or high-priority tasks.
- Order and track necessary parts and equipment, collaborating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure technician compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures during daily check-ins and check-outs.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other team members to resolve on-site challenges and ensure operational efficiency.
- Continuously review and improve scheduling, dispatch, and procurement processes to enhance service delivery.
- Support administrative tasks and share expertise with team members to foster collaboration and improve overall performance.
- Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and work order management software.
- Familiarity with parts ordering processes and vendor coordination.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide guidance to field personnel.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
