- You will drive sales across a portfolio of equipment and related solutions within your territory.
- You will work to achieve or exceed defined revenue targets.
- You will identify opportunities to expand revenue through both direct sales and alternative acquisition models.
- You will build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- You will develop a strong understanding of your territory, including customer needs and market dynamics.
- You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning solutions with their operational goals.
- You will develop and manage a robust pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities.
- You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
- You will provide regular updates and insights on territory performance and market conditions.
- You will maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and competitive solutions.
- You will apply value-based selling techniques to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- You will identify cross-functional opportunities to introduce additional products or services.
- You will represent the organization in the marketplace and participate in relevant industry activities as needed.
- You will stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
- You will follow established sales processes and reporting requirements.
- You will provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and lost opportunities to support business strategy.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Experience working with equipment, industrial, or technical products is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with standard business software and CRM tools.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop new business.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet travel requirements.
