Their culture emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and delivering measurable results for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing customer relationships within your assigned region. This role combines sales execution, account management, and market development.Strategic Sales Execution
  • You will drive sales across a portfolio of equipment and related solutions within your territory.
  • You will work to achieve or exceed defined revenue targets.
  • You will identify opportunities to expand revenue through both direct sales and alternative acquisition models.
Account Development & Relationship Management
  • You will build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • You will develop a strong understanding of your territory, including customer needs and market dynamics.
  • You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning solutions with their operational goals.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • You will develop and manage a robust pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities.
  • You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • You will provide regular updates and insights on territory performance and market conditions.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
  • You will maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and competitive solutions.
  • You will apply value-based selling techniques to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • You will identify cross-functional opportunities to introduce additional products or services.
Industry Engagement & Representation
  • You will represent the organization in the marketplace and participate in relevant industry activities as needed.
  • You will stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
Sales Process & Compliance
  • You will follow established sales processes and reporting requirements.
  • You will provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and lost opportunities to support business strategy.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:Education & Experience
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Experience working with equipment, industrial, or technical products is considered an asset.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with standard business software and CRM tools.
