- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support to healthcare partners.
- Support external sales activities by identifying opportunities, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and procurement partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them before they escalate, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze customer trends, requests, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and insights to customers by leveraging knowledge of healthcare operations and procurement processes.
- Stay informed on changes within the Canadian healthcare system, including regional pressures, policies, and operational challenges.
- Experience in the Canadian healthcare system, with prior work in a Canadian hospital and/or Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). You understand the operational, clinical, and procurement dynamics unique to provincial healthcare environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships in both languages.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a healthcare-related field, providing a strong foundation in clinical, operational, or health system knowledge.
- Strong proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues before they escalate. You leverage your healthcare expertise to troubleshoot effectively, provide informed guidance, and partner collaboratively with customers.
- Analytical mindset, enabling you to identify trends, recognize patterns, and take proactive action to mitigate risks or improve outcomes.
- Deep awareness of provincial healthcare landscapes, staying informed of region-specific pressures, policy changes, and operational challenges. You work closely with customers to align their evolving needs with our processes and solutions.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
