  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Derrickhand on service rigs (Thermal, SAGD, Slant Rig Heavy Double experience is an asset)
  • Energy Safety Canada, Derrickhand Service Rig Competency Certificate is required
  • H2S Alive Certificate
  • Standard/Intermediate First Aid, Level C with AED (Red Cross or St John Ambulance preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or Q endorsement is an asset)
  • Common Safety Orientation Certificate (CSO)
  • Provide a 5-year Commercial Drivers Abstract
  • Fall Rescue for Rig Work Certificate
  • Fall Protection for Rig Work Certificate
  • Well Service BOP Certificate is an asset
As a crew member on our service rig, you'll need the physical capability to lift, push, pull, and carry according to company policies and safety legislation.
