What Youâll Do

Proven business development skills to build and manage lasting client and candidate relationships
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from search to offer
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
Develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent
Share market insights and contribute to business development

What You Bring

5+ years in a search firm setting (360 recruitment, including business development) required
Experience leading a team
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A professional, driven, and consultative approach
