Do you thrive in a fast-paced food production environment where quality, efficiency, and team leadership are key?Our client, a well-established, global dairy manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and sustainability, is seeking a Production Manager to lead operations at their Atwood facility.Reporting to the Site Director, you will oversee all production and packaging activities, ensuring products meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and develop teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily production and packaging operations
  • Coach and develop frontline teams
  • Monitor KPIs, yields, and cost performance
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, CFIA, and safety standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives
  • Manage budgets, resources, and production planning
  • Support maintenance, quality systems, and capital projects
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in dairy or food manufacturing
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems
  • Experience with LEAN/continuous improvement
  • Hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
