- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our Partners experience consistent quality.
- Address Partner inquiries and requests via inbound calls and emails with prompt and effective responses.
- Engage with Partners through probing questions to thoroughly understand and address their specific needs.
- Act as a trusted liaison between our Partners and various departments at LendCare.
- Take accountability to solve partner issues from beginning to end.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of LendCare’s services.
- Fully Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center/contact center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel); ability to learn new software applications.
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
