As an industry leader, we foster collaboration, innovation, and professional development, empowering our employees to excel.Our work environment includes:-Modern office setting-Growth opportunities-Flexible working hours-Lively atmosphereResponsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers
