- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Perform day to day activities of Maintenance department. Update and communicate with supervisor regularly
- Demonstrates ability and knowledge to maintain machinery in good repair
- Assist in decision making to repair or replace equipment
- Troubleshooting, repairing and maintain manufacturing process equipment
- Ensure machinery is safe to operate
- Install and maintain safety equipment
- Ability to handle materials and parts up to 50lbs
- Flexible, adaptable, ability to work overtime
- Experience as a millwright in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating motorized equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts)
- Experience using computerized records system
- Experience in plant fabrication, machine shop, electrical
- Experience reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic drawings (blueprint)
- Valid driver's license
- More than four (4) years' experience in a shop as a Maintenance Technician
- Working knowledge to repair and maintain heavy-duty stamping machinery (presses, turret presses, press brakes etc)
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic system
