As a Valet Attendant you will be responsible for creating a lasting and outstanding customer service experience for all Pickering Honda Service Drive customers that you encounter. What this means is, you should always ensure that you are friendly and approachable. You can expect that this position will require you to do the following:Responsibilities:
Promptly greet customers as they arrive in a friendly, upbeat and positive manner
Personalize every interaction with customers by answering any questions that they may have, providing directions, and directing them to appropriate personnel as needed
Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow through the Service Drive
Pick up customer vehicles
Organize vehicle inventory in an orderly and easy to navigate fashion
Arrange for prompt parking in a safe and friendly manner
Wash and clean vehicles as needed
Help to maintain shop cleanliness and lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
Perform all other related job duties as required by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Great organization and time management skills
Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round
Good customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
