Our client is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management) Consultant contractor to join their project starting in September 2025 and will run until January 2026 with the possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have experience in a minimum of 3-5 implementations and integration with other modules. This is a fully remote work setting position.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution design, including business requirements gathering, system configuration, and build in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Integrate PMGM with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, acting as a technical lead.
  • Conduct workshops with clients to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for PMGM.
  • Support testing efforts (unit, UAT, regression) and troubleshoot issues during and post-implementation.
  • Document configurations, technical specifications, and process flows for knowledge transfer and compliance.
  • Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and assess impact on existing implementations.
  • Provide post-go-live support and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) / Integration Suite.
  • Leverage SAP HCM knowledge (hands-on experience preferred; strong conceptual understanding required).
