- Lead the entire UX design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to understand the problem space, articulate the project goals, and define user and business needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emerging industry trends.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with a focus on end-to-end product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems with intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, and the ability to apply them in a practical and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
