As an Agency Development Manager, you will grow your own team of insuranceprofessionals across Canada, supported by AO Globe Life's national training infrastructure, leadgeneration systems, and experienced leadership network. This is a fast-track entrepreneurialleadership role for individuals who are ready to own their results and build a lasting legacy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and develop your own agency by recruiting passionate, driven insurance professionals
Facilitate onboarding and comprehensive training for all new team members
Maintain personal sales activity to lead by example and qualify for leadership overrides
Create and execute a strategic agency growth plan aligned with company goals
Provide consistent coaching on sales technique, compliance, and professional growth
Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within your agency
Report agency performance metrics to regional leadership regularly
Leverage company-provided leads, tools, and systems to maximize your agency's output
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — we support the process fully)
