- User Experience Focus: Spearheading the development of the user experience layer, control plane, automation for our Omni Cloud platforms, ensuring a seamless and secure self-service experience for our organization’s application teams.
- Technical Leadership: Participating in architectural discussions, making key technical decisions, and providing mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Agile Collaboration: Working within an Agile framework, providing accurate task estimates, and participating actively in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Proactive Innovation: Identifying technical challenges and opportunities for improvement within the user experience, staying current with industry best practices, and driving a customer-centric approach to development.
- 3+ years of software development experience, with a passion for frontend and user experience.
- A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Backend - Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Frontend - Vue 3, TypeScript
- Cloud & DevOps - Kubernetes (including CRDs), AWS/Azure/GCP, OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Shell scripting
