Job Description:Trouble shoot, repair and maintain CAT equipment in either a shop or field environment (possibility of remote locations)Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed.Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair requiredProviding support with reference to on-site safety requirementsMaintain Finning Customer Service CommitmentSpecific Skills & Experience:Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Equipment CertificationValid class 5 drivers license with a successful driver's abstractStrong experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Emissions systemsEngine and/or component rebuilding experienceTransmission or Hydraulic testing knowledgePrevious gas engine and power generation experience is an assetPrevious customer experience would be considered an assetImportant Details:A condition of employment may include the ability to obtain Customer Site access (Drug & Alcohol, fitness testing) and wear a respirator where applicableThe shift will either be a 7x7 or 14x14 shift supporting all of SaskatchewanAlternative Journeyperson Certifications may be consideredAt Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
