- Perform needs analysis for team training.
- Manage the development of learning activities to foster the transformation of practices, adapting to the realities of the company's production context.
- Collaborate on internal knowledge management to make knowledge accessible and actionable.
- Integrate best practices for using generative artificial intelligence in the design of learning experiences to accelerate idea generation, program development, and content creation.
- Propose and implement strategies to facilitate the transfer of learning and the integration of new technological tools, in collaboration with the relevant managers.
- Participate in committees on various internal projects and offer advice on best practices for change management.
- Support project managers and technological leads in the execution of the established change management strategy.
- Participate in communication campaigns promoting change integration.
- Identify and negotiate with potential new suppliers and develop external partnerships with specialized educational institutions.
- Evaluate the impact of activities, monitor implemented programs, and propose continuous improvements.
- Monitor budget forecasts, expenditures, and grants.
- Track hours dedicated to training programs and propose solutions for optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions when necessary.
- Provide consulting services on the integration of learning best practices during the establishment of specialized training programs.
- Maintain harmonious business relationships with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external trainers.
- Organize training events and support technological logistics between the different teams involved.
- Support Communities of Practice in achieving their development objectives.
- Hold a diploma or certificate in a relevant field.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in organizing, developing, and leading training events.
- Experience in the entertainment, multimedia, technology, or other related industries is an asset.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including mobilizing multiple stakeholders and managing related changes.
- Possess excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and the ability to express oneself clearly in English.
- Strong technological skills (Google Suite, AI writing tools, interest in agency and augmenting work through AI).
- Sufficient AI literacy to support the transformation of the company's creation, production, and management processes.
- Knowledge of multimedia development tools for online training (RISE 360) is an asset.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with various stakeholders in a changing environment.
