- Experience providing support and client services to individuals with disabilities.
- Experience supervising and coordinating staff in an industrial work environment, maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
- Experience working and coordinating with third-party partners, managing schedules and contract timelines.
- Experience implementing initiatives to meet diversity and inclusion goals and strategies.
- Course work related to working with Individuals Living with Disabilities and or Occupational Health and Safety would be an asset.
