ShareLocated in Edmonton, ABSalary: $24.25-$30.63/hourAn Edmonton client is searching for Customer Support to join their team.Customer Support Highlights:· Respond to inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email, managing approximately 10 interactions per day across various programs including therapy, Educational Enhancement Programs (EEP), and workshops.· Handle both outgoing and incoming calls, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.· Provide intake and client care services, ensuring that individuals and families receive the necessary support to access the organization's services.· Communicate with clients, partners, and service providers to coordinate appointments and address any concerns or questions.· Schedule appointments and bookings for therapy services, workshops, and other programs, utilizing phone, email, and in-person interactions as needed.· Conduct fee assessments for clients requesting subsidies, utilizing the Clinic Master database system, and following scripted procedures for consistency.· Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.· Measure candidate success based on critical skills including active listening, empathy, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn quickly.· Handle escalated cases with sensitivity, collaborating with specialists trained through Assists or undergoing additional training as needed.· Coordinate with therapists regarding scheduling via the internal CRM system, ensuring efficient communication and appointment management.· Distribute intake forms as necessary and manage administrative tasks related to client documentation.· Collaborate in a bullpen or shared office space, maintaining a friendly and focused demeanor conducive to teamwork and individual productivity.· Report directly to Winnie, the supervisor of the program, providing updates and seeking guidance as necessary.· Critical Skills Required:· Fast learner with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google applications (Gmail, Docs), with the ability to adapt to new software and applications.· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a particular emphasis on active listening and empathy when dealing with clients over the phone.· Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the existing team.· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.· Current position availability due to leave, potentially extendable.· No requirement for a vulnerable sector check.· The work environment involves shared office space with minimal partitions between desks, fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere among team members.Customer Support Hours & Wage· 8 am – 5 pm – Monday to Friday· $24.25-$30.63/hourAbout Us:Express Employment Professionals works with job seekers to help them find the right job for their skills and experience.
