Duties and responsibilitiesA passionate professional advocate for both safety and people, with experience in Human Resource Management and Safety Coordination.Ideally, holds a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification or equivalent.Someone that holds a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation at minimumSomeone that has experience with heavy equipment/earth works and working in ConstructionA proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.Someone who knows that a little fun goes a long way in keeping spirits high and morale soaring!Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Civil construction and earthworks.
  • Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization by ensuring daily job allocation
  • Ability to determine potential risks while devising proactive ways to solve them
  • Valid class 5 Drivers license with a clean abstract
