
Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate and consolidate information between Buying and Sales Departments
- Take and send product pictures whenever required
- Compile and customize quotations and ads
- Co-ordinate meetings: room booking, documentation, minutes taking
- Handle and process orders emailed in from customers
- Greet front sales customers, write orders and process them for packing
- Assist with smaller accounts
- Prepare invoices and credit notes for processing
- Support new account set-up processes, e.g. sending welcome package to new customers
- Business Admin degree/diploma or min. 1 years’ relevant experience in a coordination role
- Experience with handling correspondence and generating reports
- Knowledge in produce wholesale/distribution industry an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows programs
- Solid financial abilities (comfortable with numeracy and analysis)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
