WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Commercial and Industrial HVAC sales and Project Management
Analyze customer design proposals and specifications for cost estimates
Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation, and other factors necessary for success
Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of previous estimating experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not required
Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
Knowledge of building codes and standards
