- Duties include general clerical, project-based work, and invoicing
- Create and modify documents with MS Office tools
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not be limited to the following: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Assist with ordering office supplies as needed
- Coordinate and maintain key records of Powell employees
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Support Documentation control functions of our project management team
- Complete time entry of employees' hours to project costing tools/ software
- Computer skills.
