Adecco is currently hiring several temporary full-time Customer Service Data Entry Clerks to work for our client, in the manufacturing industry, in Richmond Hill, ON. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering customer information into our database and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, should have experience in data entry and customer service and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.If you're ready to contribute to maintaining data integrity as a Customer Service Data Entry Clerk, apply today!Pay rate: $20.00/hourLocation: Richmond Hill, ON (2days per week work in office, 3 days work from home)Shifts: Monday to Friday| 8:30 am to 5 pmJob type: Temporary | Full-timeHere's why you should apply:Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customersPerforming order entry and reverse entry processesResponding to Customer requests in a timely and accurate manner, by phone, email, or chatAnswering questions about shipping, pricing, and other customer queriesIdentifying customer needs and recommending the best lighting solutions for their designCollaborating with our Sales, Warehouse and Production teams to meet project deliverablesFollowing up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and are satisfied at the end of the transactionQualifications:Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada3+ years of Customer Care experience preferably in a Logistics, Supply Chain industry or equivalent.Post-secondary education is preferred.Strong skills in Office Suite (Word, Excel) and prior exposure to inventory management systems.Demonstrated ability to multi-task using good judgement to exceed customer expectations.Capacity to stay calm under pressure to achieve optimal results.Shows resilience in a fast paced ever changing environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills demonstrated through a variety of mediums. including, in-person, over the phone, e-mail, and on-line chats.Willing to ask questions to find the answers you need.Passionate learner and interested in learning more about lighting technology and applications.Strong relational and influential skills.Strong problem identification and resolution skill.Positive team attitude and ability to prioritize your work.Strong work ethic and positive team attitudeAre you interested in this position?
