- Ensure parts availability to support vehicle maintenance and operations within the OMSF facility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Issue parts to maintenance teams as required
- Coordinate deliveries from vendors and manage warranties, returns, and defective items
- Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous materials
- Comply with WHMIS and all applicable safety standards
- Maintain and implement appropriate inventory and documentation systems
- Annual salary of $47,000-$54,000

- 3-5 years of relevant store experience in a similar operation’s representative role for a rail transit project of a similar scope
- You know the principles of lifecycle management, organizational and change management
- You know technical standards, maintenance practices applicable to an industrial engineering environment - tramway or railway engineering desirable
- You have a background in maintenance methodology and work order system management
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and management skills
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time-management, planning, conceptual and consultative skills
- Highly effective co-ordination skills
- Flexibility to cope with unexpected incidents and other changes to normal schedules
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent computer skills (TRAPEZE, Microsoft package)
