Built with state-of-the-art technology, a patient-first philosophy, and a strong focus on quality care, this practice offers an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dentist to help shape its culture and grow alongside the business from day one.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join the practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who values high clinical standards, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is excited by the opportunity to grow within a new and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and procedures
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a strong emphasis on comfort, education, and trust
- Perform a range of general dentistry procedures (preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and basic surgical treatments as appropriate to experience)
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
- Adhere to all infection control, health, and safety protocols
- Contribute positively to the growth and reputation of the practice
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
