Responsibilities
  • Operational responsibilities:
As a subject matter expert, facilitate ONE ID operational activities including stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization and service implementations.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their needs.
Design, implement and document process improvements aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Project Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter expect for projects requiring ONE ID integration.
Lead requirements elicitation, documentation and validation.
Conduct readiness assessments.
Provide operational support to facilitate project delivery.Qualifications
Must Haves:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments
  • Proven experience in business process design and implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating product integration projects as a business process subject matter expert.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework
Desired Skills:· Experience in the digital health ecosystem.· Proven ability to apply IAM framework.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and evolving environment.· Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.· Strong knowledge of ITSM practices.Required Skills:· Requirements elicitation and process design/implementation to support project lifecycle and business operations.· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.· Produce clear, accessible, standards-aligned documentation.· Solid understanding of data integrity principles and quality assurance.· Create and execute BAT for product testing.Summary
