- Operational responsibilities:
Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization and service implementations.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their needs.
Design, implement and document process improvements aligned with evolving business needs.
- Project Responsibilities:
Lead requirements elicitation, documentation and validation.
Conduct readiness assessments.
Provide operational support to facilitate project delivery.Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments
- Proven experience in business process design and implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating product integration projects as a business process subject matter expert.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework
