- Actively participating in the continuous evolution of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it is an enabler for our business in every possible way.
- You will act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
- You will work directly with the product team, and stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings into business requirements and design.
- You will assist your project manager or scrum master by providing updates on project processes and deliverables. Where appropriate, you can be hands on and perform platform configuration as required.
- You are well versed with the technology best practices of ServiceNow and will use this knowledge you possess to participate in and support cross technology improvement initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation while applying detailed knowledge of
- ServiceNow to design an optimal solution.
- Experience with ServiceNow Configurations for at least 3-4 large/complex application development projects end to end.
- Experience with at least 1 of following areas of the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (IT Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), ITAM (IT Asset Management), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Virtual Agent, NowAssisst.
- The ability and willingness to be hands-on with the platform as necessary to ensure group success. Experience in Agile methodology
- (SAFe/Scrum) and working with global teams.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is a must.
- Robust knowledge on ITIL or talent functions.
- Experience in a multinational organization.
- NowAssist or Agentic AI experience is a definite plus
