You will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide brand strategy, planning, and performance across multiple therapeutic areas. From market sizing and competitor analysis to field incentive modeling and brand planning, you'll enable data-driven decisions while helping the organization advance toward predictive and prescriptive analytics.What you'll doYou will develop annual market research brand plans grounded in a deep understanding of brand strategy, customer dynamics, and affiliate priorities, ensuring decisions are informed by robust qualitative and quantitative evidence.You will analyze disease states, competitor landscapes, market environments, growth trends, and market share to produce strategic insights that shape commercial direction across the product lifecycle, from launch readiness through end-of-life.You will build and interpret performance dashboards and tracking, refresh monthly models, and facilitate national and sub-national reporting that supports timely decision-making by brand and leadership teams.You will elevate customer planning by enabling segmentation and targeting, translating complex analyses into clear narratives for commercial stakeholders and senior management.You will conduct in-depth market and patient conversion analyses, formulate hypotheses, and prioritize business innovations that deliver measurable impact.You will champion brand data literacy by clarifying data workflows and limitations, improving data-driven questions, and embedding insights in daily decision-making.You will drive in-field team excellence by proposing and optimizing incentive protocols, monitoring quota attainment, and recalibrating territory quotas as needed to sustain performance.You will manage administrative elements of research operations, including assessing and negotiating with market research suppliers and ensuring contracts and documentation are complete and current.What you bringYou have 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of turning complex data into strategic, business-ready insights.You demonstrate strong analytical judgment, data interpretation, and decision support capabilities, with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.You are adept at data storytelling and integration, handling large datasets with precision and translating findings for non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.You show meticulous attention to detail and can fluidly switch between strategic and tactical thinking to meet evolving business needs.You have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in cross-functional settings, building relationships, facilitating discussions, and influencing through insight.You hold a Bachelor's degree in business or science; an advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is an asset.You have familiarity with Javelin software, which is considered a plus, and you are comfortable navigating analytics and reporting environments.Work arrangement and contractLocation: Saint-Laurent, Québec (Canada Head Office).Schedule: Hybrid - three days onsite, two days offsite.Term: 6-month contract.Hours: 7.25 hours per day (36.25 hours per week).
