You love working in the kitchen and are responsible for the preparation, set up and execution of customer orders. You make sure that the quality and presentation standards of 3 Brasseurs are respected at every step of the preparation since You are committed to preparing impeccable dishes.You main responsibilities· Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment;· Preparing and setting up the different work stations;· Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations;· Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities;· Respect of the health and safety standards established by the Company;· General cleaning during downtime;· Assist the dishwasher when required;· All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine;Skills to succeed in the role of a line cook:Ability to work as a teamYou are aware that the team is the strength of the restaurant and is a valuable asset to the work done here.
