Hourly Rate: £14.50 (annual salary £28,372)
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri (with occasional weekends and late evenings to cover functions). Shifts: 9:00 – 17:00

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top-notch service for members and military personnel.
  • Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
  • Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
What we’re looking for:
  • UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
  • Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude, composed under pressure and empathetic to customers.
