Regional Accountant, Nairn Centre, OntarioThe Regional Accountant will take the lead on tracking and managing all by-product sales and accruals for our East and Atlantic Operations. What You'll Do
Manage sales processes: invoices, rates, pricing, reconciliation, sales, freight and loading agreement records
Ensure data accuracy: corrections, discrepancies and accruals
Financial reporting and analysis: reports, month-end procedures, forecasts, budgets and analysis
Collaborate and cross-train: partner with accountants, procurement and operations to ensure seamless financial control and reporting
What You Offer
Undergraduate degree in business or accounting or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of accounting in a manufacturing environment
Familiar with accounting systems and knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
Strong attention to detail, data management expertise with effective organization, planning and communication abilities
Positive, proactive, results-oriented, collaborative team player
