They are currently looking to hire a Site Superintendent for a project based in Orillia.As a Site Superintendent, your responsibilities include:
Oversee daily site operations to ensure project deadlines are met.
Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
Manage site resources effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Minimum of 7 years of on‑site construction experience
Demonstrated experience as an ICI‑focused and or Heavy Industrial Site Superintendent
Proven background working with a general contractor
Extensive experience in industrial projects, including plant construction, water treatment facilities, pumping systems, and other ICI developments.
