Join Our Team as a Hybrid Caretaker!We are seeking a dependable and professional Hybrid Caretaker to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will provide a combination of caretaker and janitorial services, handyman duties, and building maintenance responsibilities, while responding promptly to client needs and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSite Maintenance: Manage and supervise the site. Monitor and maintain the garbage and recycling rooms. Coordinate and supervise annual and seasonal building services and inspections.Access & Security: Handle fob and enter phone programming.Administrative Duties: Collect funds as directed, post notices, send emails, and submit caretaker reports.Property Manager Relations: Maintain consistent communication with the property manager to ensure the building is secure, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. Conduct chemical checks for the hot tub (training will be provided).Tenant Relations & Management: Respond promptly to tenant questions and requests. Report any concerning issues with tenants or residents to the property manager.Exterior Grounds: Pick up litter around the entire exterior areas of the building, including sidewalks, courtyards, and driveway ramps.Floor Care: Sweep and damp mop hard surface floors using a neutral cleaner.Entrance / Lobby / Common Areas: Clean door frames, disinfect door handles, polish entry code panels, and vacuum walk-off mats.RequirementsStrong administrative skillsFlexibility, availability, and the ability to address requests promptlyJanitorial experience is an assetProven experience in janitorial, caretaker, or related fieldsAbility to multitask and handle high-pressure situationsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsProficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)Experience working with hot tubs or swimming pools is an asset but not requiredJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Tuesday-SaturdayShift Timing: 8am - 4pmStart Date: April 13Preferred Experience:Building Manager: 1 year (preferred)Janitorial: 1 yearLocation: SurreyWhy Work at Cleantech?Join a team that values your growth, rewards your hard work, and invests in your future.
