
Coordinator Product Quality Engineering

- To safeguard the quality of our products for our customers and dealers: You will be responsible for identifying potential customer and dealer issues or concerns regarding our vehicles and coordinating improvements.
- Influencing product development: You will ensure that lessons learned from problem solving are communicated to improve future products in the development phase. You will need to work in collaboration with the various engineering teams to prioritize product quality improvements.
- To act as the reference in our dealer network for our production and engineering sites: As a product and network expert, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that includes members from production, development and quality management. You will take part in the decisions and actions to ensure product quality.
- Analyze and identify potential customer and dealer issues and concerns regarding our vehicles using various data sources.
- Assess the extent of any identified potential technical issues using your knowledge of the vehicles and our dealer network.
- Lead by coordinating the various stakeholders' activities to establish a rapid action plan and provide the most appropriate solutions for our dealer network that has the correct approval level.
- Establish how to communicate solutions to identified issues.
- Mobilize and collaborate with the Engineering (Vehicle and Rotax), Supplier Quality Assurance and Operations teams to reduce warranty costs and improve product quality.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or technical specialist in motorized products.
- Experience in a recreational products dealership would be an asset.
- Experience and knowledge in customer service and/or warranty would be an asset.
- Bilingualism essential, both written and spoken (French/English). English is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English on a daily basis;
- Strong team spirit and leadership skills.
- Good influencing and mobilization skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization and monitoring skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good analytical and summarizing skills.
- Ability to apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g. six sigma).
- Statistical analysis skills.
- Good knowledge and understanding of all recreational vehicle systems would be an asset.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
