- Lead all international accounting activities and consolidate financial results from overseas offices.
- Ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting, including management accounts, forecasts, and statutory submissions.
- Maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with Charity SORP, donor requirements, and financial regulations.
- Oversee budgeting cycles, monthly variance reviews, and financial planning with each country office.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash‑flow forecasting and foreign exchange risk.
- Indirectly supervise international finance teams and collaborate with Finance Managers and Internal Audit.
- Improve financial systems, policies, workflows, and data integrity across all offices.
- Support audits, tax filings, and financial enquiries, and travel internationally when required.

- Salary range of $100000 to $140000 CAD annually.
