Warehouse Team Leader

• Lead and oversee picking and packing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
• Demonstrate adeptness in operating material handling equipment such as Forklifts, tow motors, reach trucks and platform pickers.
• Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy boxes upto 50lbs and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
• Execute inventory replenishment activities, optimize product storage and organization.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Receiving, Shipping and Transfer to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices for enhanced efficiency.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work overtime as needed.

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations with demonstrated proficiency in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to operate material handling equipment with a minimum of 2 years of Forklift operating experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with computerized scan gun technology is an advantage.
