- Implementing new technologies for our clients according to agreed project scope
- Managing communication, scheduling and expectation-setting with clients for projects assigned to you
- Reviewing current IT systems and planning project implementation tasks according to agreed project scope
- Reviewing client workflows and integrations ahead of implementation, and assessing what types of changes need to occur before project implementation
- Identifying and troubleshooting problems with implementation and efficiency
- Developing and applying policies to ensure new IT systems meet user and organizational requirements
- Promptly escalating any issues or client concerns to the Manager, Information Services
- Interacting with various teams to coordinate project activities, particularly when there are multiple projects ongoing for the same client
- Providing guidance and mentorship to more junior staff members
- Working with the vCIO team in developing client solutions in support of sales proposals, and assisting in project design
- Windows Server administration - advanced knowledge
- Office 365 administration
- Microsoft Azure administration
- Microsoft Remote Desktop services
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Network appliances such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Windows 11 administration
- Attention to detail: both when following complex SOPs and when documenting your work
- Adaptability: Adjust schedule and priorities in a fast-paced work environment based on client needs
- Integrity & Professionalism: Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, in person and on the phone
- Time management: Work calmly under pressure, set priorities, and complete tasks efficiently

- Knowledge of project management practices
- Labtech, or other RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) system
- ConnectWise, or other PSA (Professional Services Automation) system
