
Senior Consultant/Manager, Enterprise Risk - Business Plan Evaluation

- Lead the development of high-quality evaluation reports assessing business plans across multiple industries.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide guidance on how to strengthen their business plans in alignment with program criteria.
- Manage project resourcing, timelines, and budget to ensure efficient and timely delivery, including managing the assignment of evaluations across various team members for their timely completion.
- Provide coaching and oversight to junior team members to ensure consistency and quality.
- Report regularly to program leaders on status updates, emerging issues, and key priorities.
- Maintain quality and consistency of deliverables across the team under strict timelines.
- Strong understanding of all key aspects of a business (operations, marketing, financials, human resources).
- Familiarity with Alberta’s local business environment and regulatory context, including rural communities.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional reports.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Experience leading or contributing to consulting engagements, evaluations, or business analysis projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, evaluation, or business advisory roles.
- Experience in business plan development or evaluation is an asset.
