The Dimensional Engineer (Contract) will be based at our Windsor Assembly Plant in Windsor, Ontario and responsibilities will include: solving root cause analysis and correction of dimensional quality issues; leading skilled trades personnel to perform measurement work, Kaizen's and root cause analysis; proactively lead variation reduction efforts and collaborate with manufacturing production, supplier base, skilled trades and engineering quality to accomplish departmental goals.FCA Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodation for people with accessibility needs due to disabilities in all aspects of the hiring process.   • Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum THREE (3) years of experience within the area of dimensional measurement / Body-In-White automated tooling, DFSS, Six Sigma training & CMM knowledge an asset
  • Experience with Geometric Dimensional & Tolerancing
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint applications
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal along with the ability to work with all level of management
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
