Reporting to the Mine Planning Superintendent, you will be part of the Engineering Department. The Mine EIT will provides support to the various entities within Engineering department as per departmental needs. This rotation within the different entities in the engineering department will provide growth and development for graduate engineers. The length of time at each level will depend on the employee’s ability to grasp concepts and demonstrate that he/she can work independently on the subject matter before moving on to the next phase as well as individual departmental needs.
