We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to join our Kamloops team in the role of Coordinator of Corporate Services. If you are organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about providing high-quality administrative support, this could be the opportunity for you!This full-time position supports various departments within the Agency, including Communications, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and the Leadership team. Reporting to Chief Engagement Officer, the Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including data entry, document editing, managing confidential records, and supporting agency-wide operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments within the organization.
- Input and manage data across internal platforms and software.
- Format, edit, and proofread a variety of documents and spreadsheets.
- Manage and maintain confidential records and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) for daily tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal processes.
- Support Human Resources and Payroll functions (experience considered an asset).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operations and communication.
- Strong management skills with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Proven ability in program development and management tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster trust and collaboration among clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Administrative experience that includes budgeting and resource allocation for programs.
- Background in social work or behavioural health is highly desirable, enhancing understanding of client needs.
- Ability to work compassionately with people from diverse backgrounds while advocating for their rights and needs. - Minimum education: High school diploma.
- Completion of administrative courses or training is an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in an office/administrative role.
- Experience operating office equipment (phones, photocopiers, fax, etc.).
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check (updated every five years).
