- Own projects from start to finish – from the initial brief through to the delivery of the final product.
- Act as the central point of contact between the client, design, and production teams, ensuring smooth communication and support for all project complexities.
- Build and manage detailed project timelines based on client deliverables and dates, share key milestones with clients, and track weekly progress to ensure everything stays on schedule.
- Participate in all project briefs and attend weekly status meetings with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Confirm SKU details and packaging requirements to ensure accuracy from the start.
- Prepare and submit project estimates to clients, help secure purchase orders, and support related administrative tasks for billing and invoicing.
- Enter and maintain project and packaging details in the client’s custom project management and approval platform, monitoring assignments and workflow to keep projects moving.
- Verify that all technical data aligns with supplied artwork or internally developed graphics.
- Review and approve production art and prepress files, including proofs, and support the client with feedback and approvals through the platform while keeping timelines updated.
- Collaborate with operations, design teams, and/or the client throughout artwork development and prepress stages.
- Lead clear, consistent communication with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Document key information that could impact quality, ensuring all client packaging standards are met.
- Take part in process improvement initiatives and production meetings to help drive positive creative and operational outcomes.
- Review all materials and proofs for accuracy and consistency, confirming that the client’s expectations are met before artwork is released for approval and final sign off.
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed. This role may evolve over time, and you may be asked to take on other related tasks as assigned by your manager or leadership.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Completion of post secondary university or college degree, preferably in graphics communication management and/or design or similar
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some College/Associate’s Degree preferred
- 3-5+ years’ experience preferred in the design, print or production art industry
- Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos
- Proofreading skills required
- Ability to work independently
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
