Employment Type: Full-Time, RegularAbout the RoleWant a sales role where you build real relationships—not just cold sell all day?We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales & Business Development Representative to support our sales growth by connecting with customers, qualifying opportunities, and creating strong first impressions.As the first friendly point of contact, you’ll engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and help move qualified opportunities forward to our Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants their work to directly contribute to business success.This Role Is a Great Fit If You:Enjoy talking to people and building rapport quicklyLike sales without aggressive pressure tacticsHave experience in customer service, retail, inside sales, automotive, or RV-related rolesAre comfortable making calls, sending follow-ups, and tracking leadsWant to grow into a long-term sales or customer-focused careerWhat You’ll DoConnect with interested customers through phone, email, and online inquiries to qualify opportunitiesEngage and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Sales TeamFollow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat businessCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support targeted outreach initiativesEnsure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and opportunities to SalesPresent information about products and services clearly and confidentlyCoordinate follow-up meetings and product demonstrationsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in the CRMStay informed on RV products, promotions, and industry trendsWhat You BringExperience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or a related role
