The Associate Consultant role is a combination of pre-sales and professional services delivery. You will work with our Solution Architect team to build IT solutions that meet our customers' business needs and then deploy them.This role is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service abilities and proactive approach to getting results.   • Help customers in their overall technology strategy; Support customers' meetings where customers and their vendors engage in strategy discussions.
  • Assist the technical lead on Client facing and pre-sales opportunities
  • Working with vendors, customers, and team members on project implementation
  • Partner with the team to assist in designing enterprise-class solutions
  • Assist in the delivery of professional services including installation, configuration, performance analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Document and update technical procedures, administrative processes, configuration management, and provisioning
  • Continuous development of technology/product knowledge
What you need to succeedMust-have
  • College University Degree, Applied Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience working independently and with a team
  • Experience with security/operational network design
Nice-to-have
  • Proficiency with cloud networking models and connectivity, network security, virtualization, and cloud computing
  • Experience with scripting/coding
  • IT consulting experience

Salary: $56,700, depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of $10,000 subject to terms and conditions of plan
