- Vancouver, BC (hybrid – 3 days in-office), remote in Canada possible for the right candidate.
- Build, develop, and manage a pipeline of accredited investors across Canada.
- Drive end-to-end investor lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, capital raising, and retention.
- Establish long-term relationships with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors.
- Lead direct outreach campaigns (calls, meetings, events) to generate investment opportunities.
- Consistently raise and retain assets under management within your territory.
- Own and execute against individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver compelling presentations on InvestX’s private market offerings and value proposition.
- Clearly articulate complex investment strategies in a way that resonates with individual investors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding investors through private market opportunities.
- Develop and execute a direct distribution strategy for Canada.
- Identify market opportunities, investor segments, and growth channels.
- Continuously refine outreach and conversion strategies to improve efficiency and results.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights on investor trends and behaviours.
- Partner with marketing, product, and broader distribution teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Support firm-wide initiatives to enhance the investor experience and brand presence.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum 4 years of financial services Sales experience.
- Private equity, alternative investment, equity trading and/or wealth management experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of or experience in securing product selling agreements with direct investors and Broker/Dealers.
- Highly and self-motivated to build relationships and close sales.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) with sound interpersonal and team building skills.
- You are passionate and have a strong desire to grow and succeed.
- Ability to prioritize activities, meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be actively licensed and registered with the BC Securities Commission (BSC), or any other Provincial Regulator, and the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).
- Eligibility to travel between the US and Canada to attend meetings; ability to travel as needed.
- A Criminal Record Check and Credit Check is required for this position.
- Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, location and qualifications for the role.
- 2026 range is $110,000 - $130,000 CAD plus incentive plan and equity.
